Partnership formed to develop a 31
acre parcel of land located within
the city limits of Roswell, New
Mexico. Avalon Land & Development
L.L.P. is owned by three Partners.
Don Draeger, Mark Carey and
Greg Carey.
Avalon is developing 70 single
family home lots targeting move up
buyers. This location is prime
because of its proximity to
Hospitals, medical facilities,
schools, churches, a golf course,
shopping and a fire station.
Avalon will eventually be building a
complete community with Retail
shops, Convenience store,
Restaurants, Coffee Shop,
Professional offices and Commercial
developments.
It is important to our company that
we develop the land in a manner that
adds to our community. Don Draeger
the general partner and the
management team live here in
Roswell. We want this development to

Subdivision is targeted as the prime
location for future expansion
because of its close proximity to

a fire station. Eden Acres is
located midway between Main Street
and the Relief Route on Country Club
Road, a major arterial, making
access to all parts of Roswell very
convenient.
Economic Growth in Roswell has been
on a steady increase over the past
seven years. There has been a large
