Avalon will eventually be building a complete community with Retail shops, Convenience store, Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Professional offices and Commercial developments.

Avalon Land & Development L.L.P. has acquired a 31 acre tract of land located in the heart of the most desirable section of Roswell, N M. This tract is identified by the Comprehensive Master Plan for Roswell as “The primary location for residential infill efforts”.

This parcel named Sorrento Subdivision is targeted as the prime location for future expansion because of its close proximity to Hospitals, medical facilities, schools, churches, a golf course and a fire station. Eden Acres is located midway between Main Street and the Relief Route on Country Club Road, a major arterial, making access to all parts of Roswell very convenient.

Economic Growth in Roswell has been on a steady increase over the past seven years. There has been a large increase in new businesses and population which have contributed to the present housing shortage.
